Good staff - bad equipment

I recently had to wear an ambulant blood pressure monitor for 24hrs. This was uncomfortable & inconvenient. After I returned the device I was contacted by the surgery & told that the machine was faulty & hadn't recorded any data. I was told I would have to do it again, but they didn't have any appointments for three weeks!
On a positive note, the staff who I interacted with were professional & courteous.

My last appointment was a complete waste of time. I understand the fears with covid etc but I came to see a doctor about a lump I was concerned about. I was made to feel that because I've not had the jab time couldnt be spent on me.. I'm not an antivaxer. However I have my reasons for not wanting to have the vaccine and being made to feel that I was a leaper wasnt nice. Not happy with Paulsgrove surgery no.

Dr Mosely…urgent appointment.

This was my first visit to Paulsgrove Surgery. Lady in reception was very kind and helpful. Saw Dr Mosely and was treated with kindness and was given a very thorough examination including blood tests. Urgent referral letter sent to QA and I was seen there 36 hours later. Great service.

The receptionist told me I had to wear a mask even though there is no legal requirement for me to wear a mask. Then doctor Moses was insistent that the lump behind my ear wasn't there and was very belittling and implied I was only there for drugs when I had told him what pain killer I had taken the night before AFTER he noted my last doctors visit was over a year ago and insisted I only have anemia however with my diet it is very unlikely I have anemia
