Prompt and to the point
Arrived at Paulsgrove surgery ahead of B12 appointment. No other patient present in the waiting room. HCSW indicated that it had been "very busy". When I left it was still empty and no sign of any further patients at that time.

Kelly carried out all tests in a very professional manner. As soon as the ECG was complete she sent it on to I presume CPH The blood test was carried out the following day due to the lateness of the appointment

Very easy, although wearing a face mask in the waiting area on a hot day and having known breathing problems due to my asmatic condition, made it somewhat uncomfortable.
