A good visit
I saw a very nice doctor who listened and prescribed tablets accordingly. Unfortunately the tablets disagreed with me and I had to stop them after 1 day. My surgery experience was good, though. The receptionist was nice and welcoming.

Blood pressure and the nurses
The nurses didn't know anything about my blood pressure or that I was on medication and when I told the nurse that I was already on medication she just looked at me and made a moan under her breath and it was in and out, couldn't talk, it was just answering the nurse's questions and that was it

Allied Pharmacy Review
I went in to get a strap for my ankle, which had been giving me problems for a couple of days. The assistant in the surgery was not content with just having the sale, she asked questions about my ankle and was really caring. She also gave me advice on a couple of other things too. I was really impressed. It's not just this visit either, I've always had good service.

Nurse Mrs Jane Groves is the perfect example of professionalism in healthcare. They are skilled, compassionate, and attentive, making patients feel safe and respected at all times. Never listens
Was told to ask my GP for a sleep clinic referral for sleep apnea and was told to contact mental health team! This always seems to be the response of this surgery! It would be comical if I wasn't under talking changes already and it was them that pushed me to get that referral and the surgery would have known that. It's not been the first time this surgery have ignored other agencies' requests for medical referrals.
If you have a chronic disease, they are awful.

Once I got to the doctor I cannot fault how I was treated. Unfortunately getting to have an appointment involved a routine appointment was not ideal and to make an e consult. This was attempted but was told I needed a routine appointment. I then had to wait another week for that.

I would definitely prefer to visit this surgery than Cosham, although Cosham is right near me, the whole experience at Cosham is always stressful and not very pleasant at times, Paulsgrove is run more professionally and calm, the receptionists are more friendly and thoughtful!
