Urgent prolapse investigation

Very fast consultation, lovely doctor took time to investigate backgound and was very helpful and very interested. I came away feeling very happy with my consultation.
However the receptionist did ask me what my appointment was about and I did not feel comfortable with discussing detail in front of the waiting people.

I was called in by the nurse at the exact time I was given. Nurse explained why the blood was being taken and what was to be tested. She certainly put me at ease and treated me with respect and friendliness.

My appointment went well, near enough on time..was just a vaccination. However, to actually make an appointment to see a Dr is an absolute nightmare!!! On hold waiting for ages, to then be told all the appointments are gone and to call back after 2….same thing….or just get cut off completely & have to start again!!

Thank you for your comments. We can only hold a maximum of 30 calls at a time, if you call and capacity has been reached you will not be connected. If you do manage to join the queue please hold, our wait times currently do not exceed 10 minutes and we can then either appoint or signpost.
