I was happy with my appointment, I was impressed by the fact the doctor wanted a blood test done there & then which I had, even more impressed that I received the result by text at 8.30 am the next morning, everything was alright.
But not told what I should do about the pain in my leg if the blood test were alright as it hinders my walking!

Car is a lovely lady, explains everything, easy to talk to, gives you hope that everything will be sorted which is the first time in two years.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

I came into Kingston Surgery and was told to ring between 10 am to 3 pm and press option 4. Phoned at about 11.30 am. A recording said to call at 2 pm. I waited about 40 minutes to get through and was told they couldn't help me. I needed to call again and press option 1. Did that and a doctor called me back. He said I should come in. I came in expecting to see a doctor but saw someone else. Medication was prescribed but I haven't got it yet. So I'm still in pain.

Recent appointment

Because lots of times to ring you in the morning you keep saying try again later. In the end I had to make a trip to the surgery to get an appointment at other times if I've rung in the afternoon I have got through straight away. I do not use the internet.
