I came into the doctor's twice. First time to arrange a smear which went really well. Wasn't painful whatsoever and the nurse was extremely professional and friendly which made me feel at ease straight away, that's why l tapped good. The 2nd thing l needed was an appointment for my mum. She's 83 had had had a really bad fall outside down sultan rd. She was seen by ambulance crew in their ambulance for 45 mins and taken home. She wanted to be checked out by a doctor as had 2 huge black eyes one couldn't open, an extremely bruised face all over, swollen nose but the other 2 more concerning thing's she needed checking was a massive bump sticking out of her forehead above her eye and a sore wrist. She tried calling your doctor's every day and was told no appointments were available. I took her to QA where she was told she had fractured her hand and needed a face x-ray. I wasn't impressed that your doctor's wouldn't even help her or see her so for that l think your doctor's are extremely poor.

E-consult HRT

I have for the past year have only been able to access a GP via e-consult for my HRT. I had a phone conversation in June 2021 when asking advice and one other short phone call by another Dr all other communication has been via e-consult/phone message. I was recently grateful that a GP picked up some issues and referred me to a 2 week cancer review at QA. I found this out only by reading the NHS app as I was seeing if my urgent prescription had been issued! I did not receive an email, inbox or junk mail. I however am so grateful for the swift action of QA gynae dept and was seen within the 2 weeks. I also want to say a huge thank you to the Receptionist at Crookhorn Surgery who, every time, goes above and beyond to try and help me get my HRT.

Great from start to finish. Got through on phone for call back. Spoke to nurse who booked me in to see her. Nikki Appleton was very good, sorted out medication, xray and bloods. Karen Adams assisted regarding asthma pumps. Cant thank these girls enough. Very good service.
