Staff on the whole very good but the fact that general enquiries line does not open until 2 pm doesn’t help if you have a morning appointment and can’t remember what time it is.

The Lady Dr Stradling was very helpful, took time to listen to my bad accident which resulted in my being sent from St Mary's Hospital and admitted as an emergency to Queen Alexander. I had tried to get to speak to a Dr before I went to St Mary's as I felt so ill. The Drs told me at Queen Alexandra that had I gone on the plane and not postponed my holiday, I wouldn't have arrived alive in Albania. The Dr discussed my new tablets and gave me advice on the other tablets and when to restart them. The hospital told me the Dr at the surgery would sort this out. I came out of the surgery, feeling a lot more secure in the knowledge that I was in safe hands.

Tetanus Booster

Arrived a little early for the appointment, checked in at reception where I was directed to the seating area, a little time later the Doctor collected me and took me to his medical room, he was very pleasant, advised what I was having was the last booster, very good experience. Thank-you.

0 patient care or human contact. Text requiring bloods automated login automate request to use the pod which has little or 0 instructions reception staff that are far too busy and expect you to know all the pods functions even when it’s not working correctly. No ink in printer and the login screen apparently record your details but just says survey which is confusing! I’m lucky I can work and understand a computer but be nice to know what the terminal functions are. Nurse for blood test fantastic but the surgery is awful.

Vaccination appointment

On arrival received well by the receptionist and directed to the waiting area. Called into the treatment room a few minutes late by the doctor who explained all I needed to know and gave the vaccination.
All went well I was very pleased with the whole procedure.
