Thank you for your feedback. As you are aware we have a telephone consultation process which offers quicker response to patient queries, offering treatment and outcomes which do not require face to face contact. This is proving popular with many patients, as reduces time in traveling to the surgery, however, do appreciate it is not always the preferred option for some patients.

Routine blood test

Unfortunately I had fasted apart from eating a mint on the way from the car to the surgery. Blood test couldn’t be completed but the nurse was super lovely. I realised that I had wasted an appt and felt awful. New appt booked at reception.

Thank you for their recent appointment, because I am a hypothyroid patient and also a breastfeeding for that reason I was little bit worried, I explain that to their emergency appointment service for quick treatment and they provide it to solve my problem. I am grateful for this service. I am 100% satisfied.

Doctors telephone appointment for Asthma help.

Spoke to Doctor, took his advice and he wanted a weeks flow test figure and he would ring in a week. I sent the figure of course to Kingston Crescent and it would appear they were not sent to the Doctor as he has never telephoned after the week. Why can all health people not have their own email address as the facility is on their computers. Information then would not be deleted by someone that thinks they know better. Doctor is probably thinking me the patient did not bother!

Thank you for your comments. When you forward test results and information requested by the doctor, this is added to your record and forwarded on for clinical follow-up. There could be several reasons you have not been contacted, however I cannot confirm or deny these, as I do not have your details. If you would like to complete a complaints form , available on our website, we can then investigate and provide you with our findings.

Doctor Monerey, my designated doctor was sympathetic and immediately booked an appointment for me to see a duty doctor the same day. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, I was warned by Dr. M not to be afraid of him because of his tattoos! The doctor was fantastic and referred me to the in house physio.

I phoned the surgery in the morning and was phoned back by a doctor within half an hour. An appointment was made for 10.30 the same morning. Everyone I spoke to couldn't have been more supportive or helpful.
