You could do better
I think the surgery uses the telephone too much and I would like to see a Doctor at least once a year. I have underlined problems with my health and I am 67 years old so I think it’s not to much trouble to see a GP once a year as I have not got a lot of year’s left.

Thank you for your comments. All patients who have access to Systmonline can view their medical notes, and results, on line. Where blood tests require no action it is our policy we would not routinely contact the patient; however, please be reassured that you would be contacted immediately should there be a need for discussion and/or treatment.

Thanks for taking time to feedback. Please be reassured that we will put you in touch with the right member of the team for your medical issue. However if they feel a GP needs to be involved that will be communicated to you and arranged during your consultation. We are fortunate to have a very wide and varied team and the GP is not always the most appropriate person.

Recent appointment
My partner made 26 calls between 8am and 9am which were for Emergency calls only which mine was, got through 9 05 to be told we can only call between 8 and 9am. Since then I've had a pacemaker fitted only because I broke my hip and ended up in hospital. Where the surgeon found out it was 7 yrs since I had a check up with my irregular heartbeat by my GP who he got in touch with.
