I had a telephone appt which was all that was required. I knew I needed to up my dose of an antidepressant as I hadn’t been coping and things were dark. After an abridged explanation the Dr agreed with me as I know myself better than anyone, especially when you speak to different people each time. The call lasted less than 5 minutes, no more was needed. The Dr was very understanding and efficient. I cannot think of any negatives. Thumbs up 10/10 on this occasion.

So I done an Anima request quite late in the morning as was called within 10 minutes asking me to attend at the surgery. I was taken in early and was very well looked after by Sharon and given some meds. Thank you everyone for caring, ☺️
