Recent appointment

Essentially, my concerns are over the time and hassle it takes to secure an appointment. I know the pressures/demands GP practices are under, but there needs to be more investment and resources. The actual treatment aspect was fine, but getting that far was a bit of a challenge especially if you are working during the day and don't have 30 minutes etc to wait on the phone.

Thank you for your feedback. We constantly monitor access as we are aware that this is an issue, we make changes where we can, but unfortunately are constrained by the limited resources available to us. We are pleased that once you gain an appointment you are happy with the outcome.

Hardly any waiting time, and nurse put me at ease and gentle, also gave me boosters that I needed there and then, and that saved me having more time off work.
