My experience
Surgery requested and was arranged for a shingles vaccination, having arrived at appointed time and date, no vaccine was available. Informed I would be contacted to arrange another date, as yet not heard.

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, thank you for following the link to promptly book your vaccination. It is highly unusual for us to not have stock at Kingston. However earlier this month we did have an issue with stock being to Somerstown in error and we did have to rearrange some appointments. I wonder if this coincides with your appointment. I am very sorry that you were not contacted to have your appointment rearranged. We would normally advise you to follow the link in the text (as you will receive this again) so you can rebook at your convenience. We will ensure the staff member is advised to give this information out in future to avoid miscommunication.

Query at reception
Had a query and needed follow on appointment, the lady I spoke to at reception, an older lady, did not get name, was very helpful indeed, this was Friday, when she could not resolve the problem, she said she would contact me. Monday morning 8.05, she telephoned me and was all sorted. Thank you so much.

Asthma Telephone interview
I was given a day and time that I would be telephoned re my Asthma treatment, this happened on the time given and I was questioned by a very polite Lady how I was getting on with my Asthma and the use of inhalers.
She seemed happy with my answers and wished me well and to continue as I have been with my inhalers (Brown and Blue).
