Most surprised that the doctor would not discuss my other problems as she said she is only allowed to assess one ailment. It is hard enough to get an appointment and not have any other problems taken care of.

Thank you for your feedback. The doctor is correct, appointments are only long enough to discuss one ailment at a time, although you can request a double appointment if you have a couple of ailments. There is a shortfall in GPs coming into Primary Care, but we do offer services from other clinicians to enable the GPs to be able to cover the areas that other clinicians cannot.

I had a panic attack as I had to wait a bit longer but the receptionist was great, got me in early due to another patient being late. Dr Kipgen and Dr Monnery are the best doctors I've ever had.

Even after complaining of chest pains, no appointments were available and even after visiting A&E and being told I need a follow-up appointment at my doctor because of high blood pressure I still have to play the nightly lottery of trying to get an appointment online, finally getting one 2 weeks later!

Thank you for your feedback. We offer as many appointments as we can with the limited resources available to us. The hospital will advise you that a follow-up is required, but please bear in mind that they do not have access to see the availability at the individual GP practices.

Dr Chowdray is very good. I only want to see 1 doctor as I have lots of problems/symptoms and seeing different ones is no good. When I ask for an appointment with a certain doctor they always say they are not available at any time.

Thank you for your feedback. You can choose to be seen by a preferred doctor, however this may lead to a longer wait time for an appointment. To maintain continuity of care, all clinicians , where required can access your medical record to be able to assist you.

Swift and efficient service

Having recently switched surgeries and joined Kingston Crescent Surgery I can honestly say I'm impressed with the swift and efficient service I have received. Staff I spoke to initially were polite and helpful. The doctor I spoke to on the phone was cheery and efficient. I felt I was being listened to which for me is very important. So far I am very happy with the service I have received.
