Visit to surgery went well. Wasn't kept waiting very long. The nurse who did the blood test was friendly and communicative, and did the job efficiently.

Can never get an appointment, I have to wait at least four weeks before you can get an appointment, some reception staff are rude.

Excellent service

I came for a tetanus injection but had arrived at the wrong place. However, the receptionist saw a doctor who agreed to do my injection at Kingston Road as I was there. Excellent service. Many thanks to the receptionist and doctor.

I am happy with the service. The nurse taking the blood sample was very careful, which is important for me as I don’t like giving blood samples.
