In my opinion the surgery, GPS and the staff, all need a good shake up, the staff talk to us as if we are interrupting their routine, the attitude needs to change. The nurses are great, no complaints. Now the doctors.. they need to wake up and smell the coffee, I understand that there are people who benefit from video calls, but there is a lot more of us that want to sit in front of a doctor, they don't know our names, they don't check our history, we are alien. When we need to see a doctor the wait is too long, I get the impression the doctor thinks our mandatary 10mins time is up and they want us to leave. there's no respect or care anymore, everything is too much trouble.

Thanks you for your feedback. Whilst your feedback regarding our nurses is appreciated, your comments regarding other staff are concerning. Please do contact the Operations team on 023 9262 7765 to discuss in more detail. Whilst face to face contact did reduce during the pandemic, we have never stopped offering face to face appointments, and if you do need to be seen, please be reassured our clinicians will arrange this during any telephone review. We can assure you that your records are accessible for any clinician you consult with to review, and all GP appointments are at least 15 minutes. We certainly do not want you to have the wrong impression that everything is too much trouble and would value the opportunity to investigate and discuss further.

My appointment was for 8am the doors didn’t open till 8am. I registered that I’d turned up sat down and wasn’t called till 8.12. I was clearly the first appointment and saw the nurse walking backwards and forwards with coffees before she was ready to see me. It then took her ages to log on before we could even discuss my appointment. I didn’t leave the surgery till 8.30. Why are the staff not ready for 8am I booked that time for a reason so I wouldn’t be late for work. It’s very frustrating.

KINGSTON CRESCENT SURGERY
I haven't been to Kingston Crescent Surgery since November 2021 so I'm confused as to why I have bee asked to do a review for this surgery. I refuse to go to Kingston Crescent Surgery since November 2021 when I was forced to wear face covering when I am exempt from wearing any as I have breathing problems and I just can't breathe with one on.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that your appointments was running late, usually you are advised when checking-in if there is a delay in your appointment. Generally the only reason that appointments run late , is due to clinical need.

First cervical smear
I had Nurse Judith Fajardo for my first ever cervical smear appointment, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the get go and calmed my nerves. She told me everything she was doing and was quick and effective with little to no pain at all, I'm no longer scared of having my smears done thanks to her!

I cannot fault the service I received today. I rang on behalf of my dad. They rang him back and he saw a doctor a couple of hours later and he also had blood tests with the nurse today just after seeing the doctor. The doctor he saw Dr Gaunt was professional and sympathetic to a very anxious person and the nurse was super too. Thankyou so much.

Had a phone call from gp. She was really helpful and said she would need to see me. Gave me an appointment same day. She listened to me and prescribed cream for me. She was very good and helpful. Really happy that I got to see a dr.

Thorough and caring
The phone system is not brilliant, but when I eventually got through I was dealt with quickly. My visit to see the GP at Cosham Park House was very good. The doctor was very thorough and caring and I felt that my needs were met.
