The booking in system is fine, but there were no wipes provided, so I was unable to wipe the screen down, which was poor with all things considered. The waiting time was short and sweet. The person who dealt with me for my test was talkative and reassuring, but surprisingly didnt' wear gloves or a mask, which I found odd!

Thank your for your feedback. Yes there should be wipes available to wipe the check-in screens which we ensure happens going forward. When you are being seen by a clinician they should be wearing a face mask, but only gloves dependent on what is being done. We will highlight these areas with our team and ensure this is improved going forward.

Injection in my shoulder
I had an injection in my right shoulder.
Before I had the injection I was told a lot of stories about them but I must say the guys that did it was very good, no pain and very quick.
