At last able to see an actual doctor after over 2 years to discuss my medications and issues there off. Medications issued over the phone, required changing due to side effects, necessitating out of hours doctor's intervention. A frustrating number of weeks trying to access an actual doctor to remedy my difficulties.

I left feeling well looked after
I have been unwell since October and the surgery has been good at trying to help me through. I saw lady called Laura (dressed in blue) and she was amazing. She listened, addressed all my issues and I left feeling well looked after.

I managed to book a blood test online at a time that was convenient for me.
The nurse whom took my bloods was brilliant. Normally, the nurse is messing about for ages trying to find a vein, trying in my wrists and god knows where. I've even passed out before being prodded about. First time find for this lovely nurse. Thank you.

Lack of any help
Couldn't get appointment. Eventually sent to different surgery. Two weeks later no prescription no results from my swab. Totally useless.

Although still very busy I was able to get an appointment when I needed it. The practice tries very hard to help with more and more patients (it appears) being added. I had to wait past my appointment time but the doctor kindly explained why.
