I have been with this surgery now and cannot fault the treatment I received from this surgery. The doctor I saw was efficient and got me a hospital appointment within one day.

Cervical smear

The nurse that examined me and took the sample was ever so friendly, and put me at ease straight away.
These smear tests are never a nice experience, but it was made to be completely comfortable, and over very quickly.

I phoned at 1000 hrs on hold for 30 mins, I phoned again at 1400 hrs on hold for 20 mins I gave up.
Visited surgery NO appointments available filled out form on line six days ago still waiting reply.
Visit surgery again asked for practice manager finally got to see a "social prescriber" who was helpful and arranged a home visit to my 94 year old mother.
