My appointment was at Cosham not Kingston - and I am originally registered to Haywood in Southsea although I have to attend Somerstown, so it is a lot of travelling and never knowing where I'll be and how I'll get there. Understand the reasons why but just including this because it must negatively impact other patients too.
Getting the appointment (referral) was incredibly difficult by telephone but e-consult is good. First time using it and I definitely will use this method every time going forward.
I am very happy with the appointment I had at Cosham. I arrived 15 minutes early and after signing in, was quickly told the physio was delayed - I appreciated this as it meant I knew I had time to pop outside for a phone call and to run an errand before I was seen - a little thing but I felt this was great and considerate service.
The physiotherapist I met, Andy, was great and able to diagnose my pain and in the same day sent me texts to arrange my own x-ray and 12 week physio program. So I'm very happy I have a treatment plan to move forward with.

It was my first visit to that surgery. I saw Dr Stubbs. She was incredible. She didn’t rush me, she listened and I felt so at ease and relieved.

Staff were very kind and helpful
Using the phone to speak to someone is useless. E form got a response. Diabetic staff were very efficient and they got a doctor to phone me. Saw the doctor in person and am now being treated with antibiotics. All staff were very kind and helpful.

Lovely thorough service from the nurse. Would have give 5 but very poor service to try and get an appointment regardless of covid. Only managed to get this appointment as mentioned to nurse that it was impossible to get one and she booked me in there and then.

I got through
I needed a course of antibiotics as I'm asthmatic and had a chest infection. Had a call back within a very reasonable timescale. Spoke a clinician, gave the details and prescription sent to my local pharmacy for collection with the hour.

Fantastic service
Saw the Practice nurse to have 30 clips removed. Went in before time, the nurse was brilliant. Clips out, wound cleaned and dressed and an appt made for a weeks time. Fantastic service.
