I was phoned in response to a request to the surgery from carer for legs to be looked at. The doctor had no clue what was going on as hadn't read the notes before phoning. He ended up telling me something that was later found to be a different outcome. Also wouldn't discuss medication issue as that wasn't what he was phoning for. Overall a waste of a call.

Mum cut her leg and as she was on warfarin I wanted to get it checked out. Doctor phoned and booked appointment with nurse to be seen. This was on same day and nurse cleaned wounds dressed them and booked follow up appointment. Very good.
