Dr's were very good however it takes ages to get through and when you do there isn't any appointments so took days to get an appointment.

Happy with the queue and social distancing and mask wearing and overall speed and efficiency.
I implore you to make sure The Portsdown Group insists on keeping masking up when our crazy government go against expert scientific advice and scraps the mask wearing mandate.

I did an e consult and got initial e mail response to say up to 10 days, after 7 days I got asked to provide samples, I did turned out I had Ecoli, luckily I’m ok but younger older or vulnerable may not have been.

Friendly, efficient, totally professional in every respect. I went for a blood test, which is usually difficult because I don't give up my blood easily, but the vampires (phlebotomists) at Kingston Crescent Surgery rock!

After an operation to remove cancer, I developed sepsis. I became severely dehydrated which affected my stoma very badly. This in turn caused Acute kidney injury. I have not felt well or recovered properly since. I now have Anaemia and PTSD (as per Dr Safdar). Also my left leg in the hip area hurts when I walk. The Dr organised blood tests, prescribed sertraline and physio for me as well as a follow up appointment.
