3 x E consults have been answered swiftly, referred for x ray and medications prescribed based on phone assessment, when problem persisted I was assessed again over the phone and seen by Gp same day… great service, thank you.

Very polite staff, someone to greet you at the door to ask what you are there for, to point in the right direction, screen easy to use, the nurses I had dealt with my problem brilliantly.

Appointment
Appointment system is a nightmare. Admin should be available throughout the day, as this is the centre of the hub. Urgent and Routine telephone should be available for patients as per their needs, not as per the group needs. The whole appointment systems is not efficient.
Furthermore, to book a doctor's appointment is almost impossible.

I only came for for Covid-19 vaccines, so I'm not sure I can offer much of a review of Kingston Crescent Surgery.
I came for my first vaccination (I guess as a Portsdown Group patient) - the appointment was great, super smooth, I arrived a few mins early, queued for a few mins and went straight through. All the staff (I'm aware some were volunteers) that I encountered were very friendly, all smiling and helpful.
As my second vaccine appointment date approached (the one written on my card) I wasn't sure what to do so I booked an appintment at a local pharmacy.
I was asked to come to Kingston Crescent for my booster, which was a similarly all-around very pleasant experience.
