Flu vaccination
This was well thought through and planned. I was in and out very quickly. This was also good for me as it is in walking distance.
But, why can I almost never get a doctor’s appointment at Kingston Rd, but seem to have to go to Cosham nearly all the time. It means I have to get a bus, and then becomes very time consuming, especially as I work from home.

A really positive experience
I was welcomed at reception, didn't have any wait to see the nurse. The lovely nurse was so expert at giving me my injection, bearing in mind that I'm needle phobic, a great job. A really positive experience throughout. Thank you.

I have had a very bad pain in my shoulder and arm, I have tried to get to see a doctor but have not got to see a doctor from the surgery, have had to call 111 on 2 times and had to go to St Mary’s for help. I still have bad pain in my shoulder and arm and I still have not seen my own GP and can not get a face to face, I still need to see a doctor has was recommended by St Mary’s and the physio and out of hours doctor and 111 I keep getting fobbed off and parts from pillow to post.

I have an appointment today at 4 please cancel I have had a lot of appointments that have been canceled by you which makes me feel that other patients are more important than me.
