Absolutely excellent. Incredible helpful receptionist, nurse and Dr dealing with me although I had no appt. I had gone in to register another blood pressure test as requested by previous Dr as was showing very high 24 hours ago.
Would like to thank them all for dealing with me with patience and kindness.

I have been trying for months now to even to speak to a person rather than an automated machine. Only recently I have at last got through to a practitioner (not a Doctor) to get an appointment for a lump on my hand and head. It has taken all this time what could have been a simple procedure is now to me an ugly scar on the back of my hand for which I blame the practice. I also have a lump in my head which has prevented me from having my hair coloured as previous.

Steroid injection left knee

Spoke to Dr Morsely on the 15th September and was told the waiting time for a steroid injection was 6-8 weeks and yet I did not get an appointment until the 1st Dec. Was very disappointed to find out that a paramedic was going to do the injection and told that GP's don't do these injections anymore. I had no choice and reluctantly agreed to let him do it as I didn't want to wait for yet another 10-12 weeks.

Nurse Prac - Amy was very helpful.
Improvement - It would be helpful to have the option to discuss with the medical personnel one speaks to after the appointments in case of any further queries.

This was a follow up appointment and the clinician remembered me from my previous visit. He was courteous and professional and apologised for the delay to my follow up and explained the reason for it. He referred me to another clinic and I received a call from them within two hours, I feel this was very efficient.

Not very good. It was supposed to be a face to face which was changed by text notification. Christopher DOES NOT NEED TO SEE A PHYSCHOLOGIST which was never discussed but was suggested later by text. Christopher needs help to walk again and be strengthened.....the Solent NHS health care worker was excellent when she visited but couldn't offer any help. It's breaking my heart watching Christopher waste away in bed....please. HELP US

The woman on reception listened and showed empathy, she directed me to where I needed and was not rude like some in there!! One woman was rude to a foreign man who clearly had a language barrier and told him he could not jump the queue when he was not, he was told by another person to wait and do the form, you could see he needed help but she showed no support and spoke outright in front of all.. training need in foreign nationals and understanding when to help them with language barrier and not exploit them in front of a queue!! Poor man.
