Cant stand the surgery. Receptionists are the rudest I have ever come across. The service is awful. The doctors do NOTHING. I'll be leaving the surgery along with loads of other people.

Email answered outside of the stated time but a podiatrist did contact me. However I missed the call so tried to ring back...... waited for ever, gave up.
Couldn't return the SMS message because function not available. Unable to send an email to contact podiatrist that didn't involve pages of irrelevant information.

I came into the surgery for a routine blood pressure check for my contraceptive. Before I left I asked at reception when I will be called for my flu jab and Covid booster as I’m entitled to it as a priority but hadn’t yet been given it. The receptionist was so effective, told me to take a seat if I wanted and I could have my flu vaccine within the next 10 mins. It was so convenient for me as I’m a full time member of management in retail so set days off are hard to come by. So I gladly waited to be seen. Whilst in my appointment for my flu jab, the doctor noted I was also eligible for my booster and I explained that I informed the receptionist I hadn’t been called yet. She went out back, got my booster vaccine and administered it there and then, no problems at all! Again, was a perfect scenario for me!
Despite feeling poorly for the next few days after my appointment due to the mixture of vaccines, I have no complaints.

My Doctors couldn't have been more helpful, they were quick to ring back, within a hour my meds were at chemist. Thank you to all that work at the surgery for all your hard work.
