Excellent, proactive

The nurses I saw were excellent, proactive and made me feel at ease - the experience (which I had been dreading) was much better than expected. However, reception were unable to look at booking a follow-up appointment for me.

Unnecessary appointment

I saw Dr N who was as mystified as I was about why I was there we eventually found out that it was to do with my Propiverine medication which the pharmacy was unable to still get. I then was delivered the new alternative which I found a bit alarming as I had not had any notification of this.

Great Team

Came for my cervical screening test - was put so much at ease by the nurse who was lovely. She explained everything and kept me calm. Couldn't praise her anymore. The visit was over in 15 minutes and the next steps were explained well.
