Extremely helpful receptionists
In all the dealings I’ve had with the various reception staff (whether on the phone or in person) they have without fail been polite and helpful. It seems that nothing is too much trouble, no question too “silly”. I have watched them dealing with other people and been impressed with how they have treated people as individuals with patience, and giving the time or additional help or repetition that some people need.

Kingston Crescent Surgery - Asthma review
Good advice re using inhaler irregularly and useful prescription of nasal spray to help with my poor breathing, sniffing and coughing. Tried the antihisthamines, but experienced poor sleep as well as mild stomach discomfort.

Two visits - Covid jab went okay - queued 40 minutes outside not okay as to chilly winds.
Second visit GP update on medications really productive. Blood tests next month and scan on bladder June.
