Because the reception are rude and when I came for my appointment the doctor didn't know about my head or my change of medications my mental health is bad d and the way you treat people is so bad!

Phoned three days in a row trying to get an appointment each day told no appointment available! Even after e-consultation had two weeks before seeing someone! In discomfort and pain till prescribed medicine!

I was extremely frustrated/angry at how many attempts each day it took over a week cycle before I finally got through and spoke to a doctor, which resulted in 2 lots of antibiotics. Receptionists are NOT doctors but they refused to make a doctors appointment telling me to go to the pharmacy instead, clearly with 4 bottle of medicine and only getting worse this resulted in a severe chest infection.
We are all very busy people and the amount of time I was left waiting to get through meant I was not doing my day job effectively.

Thank you for your feedback. All our contact centre and reception staff, follow the clear guidance of our Partners, this is to ensure that you are signposted correctly. In some circumstances symptoms can progress and then medication is escalated in line with NICE guidance.

Extremely well organised appointment, staff very professional from the door stewards to the Medical Staff dispensing the Booster Injection. Directed to waiting area after the vaccination and time of 10/15 minutes indicated to leave the Surgery. Very well undertaken and delivered.
