My appointment was at 830am, the surgery was quite busy at that time and I was called in at 829am, this is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful, it would appear that they work together as a team to help us get our appointments on time, very good for us patients, thank you.

Cheerful, welcoming and helpful

I needed my flu jab. Hand sanitizer and masks were available at the entrance. Sitting had been clearly set out to support safe distancing. Checked in on line and everything seemed to be running close to time booked. The person administering the vaccination was cheerful, welcoming and helpful.

I was greeted with courtesy and sat down on the waiting area, which was fairly well ventilated. I had a fairly long to see a dr. fault but she was clearly very busy. Dr. Gault did not try to rush my appointment despite having had an extremely busy day and a I was thinking rested with respect and listened to. My treatment was appropriate and effective. Thank you Dr, Gault.

Appointment

The appointment on the 4th November went well. Was surprised on the day to asked if I also wanted a MMR and tetanus jab which wasn’t the right time for me to agree.
I also sent in an econsult on 26th October but have yet to receive a substantive response. When I asked about it at the surgery on the 4th November I was told it takes 19 to 14 days so I should be hearing something soon. 16 days on and nothing so far.

It is important we use every opportunity to maximise the service we offer. Our eConsults are usually responded to within 10 working days, we will share this feedback with our team and make changes where possible.

Had 2 go twice on the same day as I've still got a kidney infection, the receptionist said that I won't get amoxicillin until they get the results of my urine test which I do understand, later I had my MMR and tetanus, and the doctor said that my antibiotics had been sent 2 my chemist. I now have 2 jabs, the booster, the flu, the MMR and the tetanus, very grateful, the NHS are the best, thank you very much.
