Seems an odd time to bring in a touch screen for check in. Receptionists were there, and as rude and ignorant as ever. I don't see why they can't check people in rather than having to use a touch screen during a pandemic. Very poor. The nurse called me in very quickly, a little earlier than my appointment, and she was perfect, no complaints there, just the check in process is not appropriate at this time.

Thank you for your feedback. We have gone back to using the check-in screens since the guidelines have relaxed, however if you would prefer to book in at reception you can do this. We will share your experience with our team and make changes where possible.

Post natal check and baby first jabs. Felt rushed, robotic and I felt as though I couldn't discuss the issues I'm having so will book a separate appointment.

The nurse who attended me had difficulty getting to the vein but said she would send off the small sample of blood she was able to obtain. Eventually, two nurses got involved but both were very gentle and courteous.

During my visit for a flu jab my sister fell ill in the car park. The amazing nurse and doctor went out to help her and examined her and called an ambulance. They were truly brilliant.

After doing a e-consult about my leg I had a face to face with a gp and by the hospital.
