Kingston surgery
So I never ever bother a doctor, I have been suffering with lack of sleep, I'm depressed as I'm trying to look after a sister who lives in Northampton, has no one there, I travel every weekend, leaving work on a Friday getting back Monday, my mood is low and I had to do a online request who referred me to a hub, who I called and cannot even get triaged untill 9 th Feb. In the meantime time I'm left feeling so low, and not knowing where to turn. Disgraceful service, if you call into a surgery reception staff are rude

I came in for a consultation due to cough with blood in my phlegm. I have 2 weeks cough already. Although the practitioner did listen on my chest, just bypassed that my complaint of cough with blood in my phlegm and fever. Granting it was for your assessment like that but will you not ask to submit a sputum culture? Will you just say that it was all normal without any definitive investigation? Is that the level of preventive care the UK can offer? No wonder the A&E is saturated because some of these people don’t take patients complaint seriously

Having visited a pharmacy in Purbrook and prescribed penicillin that I had a reaction to, the doctor at Kingston Crescent called me and asked me to attend the surgery. They very quickly re prescribed the right penicillin for me - very pleased.

Amazing Doctor!
I have been dealing with ongoing flu symptoms for roughly five weeks. I have reached my final straw today and booked an appointment. I was greeted by Dr Vickers who was just so lovely. She took her time, was really sympathetic and thorough and I have walked away this time with an actually diagnosis and medication to take. Thank you Dr Vickers so being so attentive.
