Flu vaccination

I went to the surgery to book a flu jab. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged the jab straight away. I had my jab in the next ten minutes.

I was very happy with my appointment, I came in for a fasting blood test and was offered a flu jab which I accepted.

Used the self check in system, sat down and a few seconds I was called in to see the nurse for my Flu jab, the nurse was very good, could not fault the surgery as usual.
