I was told it wasn't urgent and told to do an online survey, after answering the questions it said I needed to speak to someone that day, so I called back and told to call back at 10am, after doing this and eventually getting through I was then told to go online at 7pm as appointments are released, I wasn't told I needed to have registered online which I hadn't so a total waste of time, eventually spoke to a doctor the next day and told to use Otex for 4 weeks and I would get an appointment for an audiologist within that timeframe ... I had to call today as I hadn't received a call to be told it will be months before an appointment is available.

Review of flu vaccination appointment 9 October 2021.
Friendly member of staff checked reason for attendance on arrival and offered hand sanitiser. The person I saw for the vaccination checked my records and advised I could have Tetanus and MMR jabs whilst there. Tetanus accepted. MMR deferred. Professional, friendly approach within allotted appointment time.

Recent appointment (phone call).
The doctor listened to my description of my complaint then she gave me advice and a prescription which was for two items including an increase in the dose of one of my meds. I received one item but not the increase of my meds she had asked for. I have asked the chemist to reorder twice and still have not received my meds. Surely whoever reads these requests should honour their colleagues requests.
