Extremely professional and supportive

Flu jab. Given by Dr Lucket owing to my experiencing adverse reactions to vaccinations this past 12 months. I do again experience adverse reactions and these were monitored by Dr Lucket. I am extremely grateful to have received this flu jab with monitoring. All staff at the practice have been extremely professional and supportive to me.

Fast, efficient, easy. This was a rebooking following an earlier cancellation. The booking process was very straightforward.

Karen was courteous, kind and very helpful. I had a few questions and she answered them in a way that I could understand.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

On arrival there was a big organised queue but only waited a few minutes to get to the front of the queue. Once inside an excellent layout was in place to get your vaccine.

I had no problem getting a appointment with you on Tuesday but little bit of a mix up with my appointment on Saturday for my Flu jab only you confirmed it with a text on Tuesday afternoon but turned out ok in the end, thank you.
