I was seen by doctor after raised blood pressure in surgery. Good initially but although I was told I had a heart murmur and would need an exray and ECG and heart scan I have only had ECG and heard nothing since.

I think this surgery has taken on more patient’s than they can cope with.
That’s why your older patients can’t get appointments. What I mean is people that have been on the books of Kingston crescent surgery. We feel let down by the practice.

I feel that if I had booked an appointment for my recent vaccinations at an allocated time then the queuing should be as per allocated times. I was given an appointment and had other appointments that day, so they should have been completed in time order and not just the queuing system that was in place. I had to get back to Cosham park house to have bloods completed or the appointments should have been made at the same venue. These were booked by yourselves and I only just made it to the second appointment due to the inappropriate untimely queue for vaccinations.
