My initial experience on the telephone was not brill. But spoke to lady in office who arranged e consult. Unfortunately I was missed off list the next day. On phoning the following day apologies were made and a doctor phoned me within the hour and I saw Dr Nicholson within the next hour.

I've been having trouble with my bowls and breath. My bowls are still not right, it's only since I told you I've had times where I've not got to the loo. you've got me into the surgery then. The breathing problem I've left. All you all seem to do is tell me to go into st Mary's walk in centre. That really helping the NHS hospital. Disappointed

Nearly 50% of patients in the reception area did not have masks and were not challenged when they went to reception.
When I had my appointment with the doctor ref my ear, I was told they do not provide a service for ears and that I would need to book an appointment at another surgery which cost £75.00, if the doctors did not provide a service why did they not advise when I spoke on the telephone? This would have saved both parties time.

All staff and doctors and nurses are very nice and warm people, they listen and do their best to help you out, they care about their patients as I’ve found out many times. They are open to all questions, the covid 19 did not stop these brave people from doing their job, a round of applause they all deserve.

Father in law was suffering with breathlessness. Received a full check by the doctor and sent to hospital for an X-ray. On the back of this, fluid of his lungs was detected and treated accordingly.

Blood test was needed to have a prolia injection
