It's very difficult getting a phone or face to face appointment, but when I do manage to get seen, it's good service. Just wished it wasn't so hard to get an appointment!

Kingston crescent surgery
I waited for over an hour as unfortunately the patient before me was needing hospital admission which I was informed about, however when I eventually got to see the Dr she informed me that she wasn't qualified enough to deal with my problem and I needed to see a GP that was able to deal with said problem, I had put the information in my e consult so surely this should have been noted and I could have had an appointment with someone qualified to deal with it instead of me waiting an excessive amount of time and then being turned away, the Dr did make me an appointment with a GP at another surgery and she was very apologetic about the wait and the fact she couldn't deal with me, the GP I saw at the other surgery was able to examine me and was very helpful.

Attempts to get consultation
The system is absolutely disgraceful...I initially 'phoned on Tuesday for an urgent appointment, was advised that I needed to 'phone back at 10am for a routine appointment...I called back at 10, was constantly cut off or not connected...when I finally got through I was told that there were no more appointments that day. I 'phoned back on Thursday and got connected quickly (10:10) to be told that there were no more appointments (I was third in queue on connection)

I reported that I thought that there was something wrong with my breast. I phoned at 8am and was seen by Dr, she looked me over then she asked for another doctor who examined me, they said they didn't want to take any chances and so they are doing bloods and then 2 days later I had a letter from the breast clinic in QA on Thursday so I thought their performance and an hour-long appointment with the Dr so a big thanks to you all at Kingston crescent surgery on the splendid kindness.
