My appointment at Kingston Crescent
Efficient friendly service. I didn't have to wait long and my appointment was very quick and very helpful.
However if you are referring to a recent telephone consultation, I felt there was a miscommunication as as HCA didn't listen at time and felt I had to repeat myself and she was not able to advise owing to lack of medical knowledge regarding medication.

Having signed in by machine (one less task for reception staff) I had a short wait before I received excellent treatment from the nurse. I have to return for a repeat blood test.

Pointless
I waited nearly three weeks for a call back, and got one finally but not from a doctor.
I’m suffering with a number of problems and her advise? Take more anti depressants, increase my dose to 60mg daily.
It won’t solve my problems but I’ll not care about them anymore is that it?
They also can’t seem to arrange a repeat prescription for my newly diagnosed epileptic son, leaving us panicking trying to refill it. He missed a dose the other day and had a seizure.
I despise this practice and what it has become.
It used to be amazing!

It was quick and easy to get an emergency appointment even though i did have to travel to cosham. The nurse was very kind and professional. However, its been difficult to receive my test results which should have been done by now and when i rang the surgery the receptionist said there was nothing on my notes.

The doctor knew his job. Every question was to the point, and the physical examination fast. My life wasn't in danger, he sent me to day surgery for blood test. All this in 10-15 minutes. Thanks.
