Meeting with Nurse Practitioner

This appointment was arranged for the late morning following a telephone call to the practice. I met a nurse practitioner, Malcolm, who had an excellent patient manner and was very reassuring.

I'm not sure whether the diagnosis of a urinary tract infection was the correct one. I was fortunate in having an arranged telephone conversation two days later with the consultant urologist who carried out my Bipolar TURP. He commented that the two recent urine samples showed no infection and surmised that the cause of the pain when peeing might be attributable to inflammation of the urinary tract.

You can’t get to see a doctor when you phone it’s takes an hr because you can’t get though when you do they are rude and ignorant

I have been with the Surgery over one year emerged from Hanway Surgery.
There are so many good and even better admin to care in this Surrey but one has to have IT and computer or IPhone.

The checking in computer ask patients to do their BP in the DOB. This didn't make any sense and confused me! Please think of your patients with English as a second language. This jargon is nonsense.
