Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you waited so long for your vaccination. Usually the booking in screen advises if there is any current delays, or the reception staff should, often delays are due to clinical need. We will share this with our team and make changes where possible.

The nurse was very friendly and supportive. She went through what she was doing, answering questions and making recommendations as part of the consultation. She suggested treatment and approaches for the wound and I felt very involved in the process.

I have gone to the doctors multiple of times and the doctors keep giving me antibiotics and are taking too long to find treatment for me and I am getting more sick and I am struggling, it's very hard and nothing is helping me. I need more help and not just be given antibiotics as it doesn't even help at all. So many urine tests. But no treatment yet.

I was not contacted for a couple of weeks and l spoke to the receptionist on the phone who said l would be contacted within a week, which l was, but l have waited 3 weeks for a call back.

Thank you for your feedback. We have seen a large increase in the number of eConsultations that we are receiving that we could not have forward planned for. We are working on some changes to bring ourselves back in-line with acceptable service standards. Patients should shortly see an improvement to the response times.

Visited for vaccinations

I received a text to book in for a tetanus vaccine. Booked through the text. Arrived a few minutes early. Booked in to be told I was at the wrong site ! Could not believe my mistake. Obviously apologised profusely and asked if I could rebook. The receptionist asked me to wait a moment and came back to say the duty GP will do that for you as soon as he is free. Brilliant service. Have been a patient for a lot years and I appreciate everything as team Kingston Crescent has done for my family and I. Thank you. Also whilst there the GP realised I needed a mmr so double jabbed!
