Takes too long to get an appointment and too long to actually get to speak to someone and also getting right advice from reception is bad too.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are finding accessing appointments frustrating. We are investing in routine access at present, so you will see improvements in this area in the coming weeks. If you require on the day support, we advise you ring as close to 8am as possible. we are an appointment led service.

With regard to reception - our receptionists and contact centre coordinators all receive the same training, so the message should be consistent. Please do contact us to give further details so we can identify a training issue, and respond accordingly.

Not a long waiting time and was able to make a new appointment for a Tetanus jab and was seen to straight away that morning also.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the surgery and was happy with the outcome with the doctor who saw me going the extra mile to see if there was anything else he could help me with as well as taking information that was beyond what the appointment was for.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry you are not happy with phone consultations. Sometimes these are the most efficient way of consulting and dealing with a medical issue. Please be reassured that if you need to be seen face to face, you will be invited in by the clinician. We see many patients face to face - in June we had over 9700 face to face consultations.

Went in for Tetanus jab, booking was done online quick and efficiently, the wait was less than 3 minutes on arrival and I was made aware that I hadn't had my MMR jabs for quite a while so that jab was offered and done at the same time. Had a short chat with reception and the staff seemed pleasant. So far I'm happy with the service received.
