All of our clinicians do a lot more than just see patients, I assure you that they are very busy and would not keep you waiting unnecessarily.

Please let the patient explain what their symptoms are, changes in the routine etc, before jumping into giving them a diagnosis. 10mins into the consultation, when I finally got to speak again, I got to finish what I was saying and she told me that explained why I was having the symptoms - if she let me explain at the start it would’ve made everything clearer earlier. Thank you for your help otherwise

I told the practitioner that I wasn’t very good with needles and she was great, had me lay down and said if she could get a good vein she’d rebook me to avoid stressing me out. Overall a very positive experience

Doctors appointment
After struggling to get an appointment the doctor was very efficient and thorough and issued antibiotics.
I had this issue for almost three weeks, just wish I could have been able to get seen quicker

Appointment
I had my earlier appointment for blood test cancelled for the third time at short notice. When I did come for a rescheduled appointment I was kept waiting 30 minutes with no apology. Not very acceptable.

Treated with dignity and respect
Sent anima saying I believed I had a chest infection from the flu. Nurse examined me and gave me steroids and antibiotics. Was treated with dignity and respect throughout. Very good at her job. Very professional

The whole team were lovely
I went to Kingston Crescent Surgery on 3rd of December 2025. The reception team were so welcoming. I took a seat waiting for my call. In no time my name was called. The nurse who attended me was lovely and proceeded to meet up with Doctor who gave me the vaccination. The whole team were lovely, the service was beautiful. Waiting time was very short. Thank you team Kingston Surgery

Flu Injection
Routine flu injection. I asked for an appointment and was offered one there and then. I was very pleased. I was told where to sit and wait. A few moments later I was called in and received my flu shot and an MR as well.

Surgery visit
I emailed my health concern at 10.30am, was phoned at 2.40pm with an appointment at 4.45pm. I have no idea if this practice is normally so efficient but they were on this day with me. The nurse and doctor were kind and professional and set in motion the checks needed in my case.
