A bit inconvenient having to go to Kingston Crescent as I live in Southsea. However, I was grateful to be seen and given treatment after more than seven months of extreme pain. A little surprised to be given treatment by a Paramedic but this person was pleasant and professional.

The Dr I saw was lovely. She gave a full explanation of the procedure she was going to perform.

Since moving over from the Hanway Road practice, I can honestly say that I have had nothing but a great service. Okay the telephone service gets frustrating at times, but then we have to give consideration to the current situation with Covid-19 but overall I have nothing to complain about and have nothing but praise for the treatment received.

Long wait despite appointment
I arrived within my appointment window for a vaccine, but was not seen until 30/40minutes after the end of the window, despite it being very quiet. There was no information and I almost thought I had been forgotten. Otherwise the staff I talked to on arrival and when I was finally seen were polite and helpful
