Recent experience
Getting through on phone is difficult. High volume message means you have to keep ringing then you miss the days appt slot. Took me 3 days. Then the system is very good and all staff are excellent.

Long wait
I used the automatic log in system when I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. It told me I was due in next and would be seen in a few minutes. I then waited 40 minutes as the doctor was very late arriving. When eventually started I was his first patient.
