Five stars on clinical treatment, but not 'patient flow' phone system

Attended for a LF bloodtest. All went smoothly and efficiently and nurse was friendly. Even better was the fact that the Diabetic Nurse was within earshot and was able to advise on recent blood glucose and triglyceride readings from bloodtest the week before (all good news: both normal, after years of above-borderline abnormal results). Better still was the fact that the Triage Nurse was also within earshot and realised I was on his list phone re cystitis/UTI mediation request, so that too was dealt with.

Poor service

I’ve attended for a X-ray and had no feedback from the surgery I looked on my online records to find out the result as normal there’s been no contact from the surgery it said the patient has been told the results of the X-ray it’s blatant lies also there radiography guy said a special referred and investigation need , the surgery’s response on my record borderline no action needed . Called to get a repeat prescription no allocated call slots available..ordered on e consul sent a text saying call the surgery option 1

Suppose it be another two weeks to get the meds I need

Please do not join this surgery there failing are not only dangerous but poor service

We are sorry that you found our Reception staff were "icy" we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Good Service

I had received a letter about needing a pneumococcal vaccination now I am 65. I dropped into the Kingston Crescent Reception to make an appointment, the receptionist kindly arranged for one of the Doctors to give me that jab while I was there.

Still didnt get any answer to whats wrong with me or treatment but it was a better experience than Cosham park house and I wish to change surgery on this basis.
