I find it very frustrating trying to book an appointment to see a doctor. It was so much better at Stubbington Avenue.

An extremely efficient service
I recently visited Kingston Crescent Surgery to receive my second Pfizer vaccination. With only three volunteers they were channeling a constant flow of clients from the car park, into the consulting rooms, and back to the after-vax waiting room.
As a volunteer at two other vaxx-centres I was interested to see how others managed the process.
It was a dry & mild day, I would not have wanted to be stood queuing in the rain, but that I suspect is an issue at all the centres

Final covid injection
I was very impressed by the way staff kept people moving through. It was efficient and well thought through. Top score for their chatter that kept minds off of the pending injection for those who were obviously feeling apprehensive towards the needle.

Safe, efficient and friendly
After an online consult, I was referred for an in person appointment. This was arranged quickly and I was seen on time.
The surgery had all covid19 precautions in place and I felt they managed everything very well.

I was somewhat annoyed to be chastised for coming into the surgery to make an appointment. I have tried numerous times to phone at some expense but always the line is to busy. I know we are in unprecedented times but surely some allowance should be made .

Covid 19 vaccination
This was my second Covid 19 vaccination. The surgery was extremely well organised with plenty of friendly marshals and staff on hand to assist and answer questions.Despite a relatively long queue it moved along rapidly and smoothly. I was in and out, done and dusted in just over 5 minutes.
An excellent effort by all involved. Stella performance !!!!!!!
