Medical problems
I went to the doctor and the doctor did not pay proper attention to me, he considered my problems very normal and did not prescribe any medicine for me. Even though I have taken and use my own medicine, paracetamol and ibuprofen, my sore throat problems still bother me.

I came to the surgery for blood samples to be taken. The phlebotomist punctured me twice while trying to gain access into my vein to draw blood. I was not happy because of the multiple puncture.

Taking bloods
The medic was prompt and polite. She did eventually manage to collect blood from my left arm. But failed on her first attempt on my right arm. This left a small bruise for a few days. So overall, successful, but it would have been good if she had managed it first time.

First experience of Anima appointments
Filled in Anima Form which took some time but not as much as telephone waiting time. Received reply within the hour and appointment quickly followed. Anima is not for everyone and non computer people would be unable to use the service. Personally I found it better than the 30 + waiting on the phone.
