I had my second Health Check up. I had no waiting time as only one other person in the waiting room. Good social distancing, a very nice nurse in a clean surgery.

I called and got an appointment within an hour. The person I saw checked me out and prescribed pills for me. The visit was very quick and I was treated very efficiently.

Still waiting for an email ir text

I was trying to get a GP to talk to me re my 7 years old's ezcema problem. I missed a call from the GP so I had to fill the forms again for a econsult. Finally the doctor/gp who I was able to talk to told me that she'll send me a text/email to download a photo of my son's condition. Still waiting for it.
At the end I gave in...so I am lucky my son is fine with his ezcema.
So overall my experience is not great.

Trying to get an appointment is the most frustrating painful experience, after weeks of trying I finally managed to speak to a Dr, she was excellent and very helpful which is the only reason I didn't score the surgery a 1.

Never get an appointment when needed

This surgery has gone down hill fast, I’ve filled in 4 econsults and have an ongoing problem that still hasn’t been sorted, you cannot call up even for an emergency because the appointments all go 8.30 am when you're asked to call. Then if you can’t get an appointment you need to call back after 2pm and again can’t get through on this line. Staff on the phone are rude which doesn’t help with someone needing an appointment and not getting one. It’s very frustrating to be in this surgery. I can’t see a way forward with the phone system if a person cannot get an appointment.
