I was very worried about my surgery Hanway merging with Kingston crescent as I'd been with my practice since I've been born! But I've found the drs to be very good and thorough and I am getting treated for things which before weren't so I'm very pleased that I'm getting the help I need!

Managed to get through to ask for appointment very quickly. Dr also phoned back very quickly and was very friendly and I was able to explain how I was feeling about my migraine

As I am Covid 19 Patient. Two weeks ago discharged from QA Hospital. Difficult to stand in queue like this patient gave priority to get vaccine. Well organize. Guided clear. While I noticed queue was long but within thirty minutes almost complete. Very good job.

Dr. Monery is good at his job, diabetic nurse as well but it gets me angry with the service of some of your receptionists are very rude. That and not to be able to a doctor even the routine app for up to 2 weeks time. I have had my infection in my feet and legs but all I get is a script to the chemist. Been given creams and lotions antibiotics. At the end of my tether that's the reason I have been treated with the service I don't care what anyone does it is my opinion.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you find our Reception / Contact Centre staff to be " quote " we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Thank you again for your feedback, which will be shared with our Surgery Reception Teams. With regards to appointments, an appropriate alternative is to use our eConsult facility on our website, you are usually contacted within 48 hours and provided with guidance for treatment.
