Kingston Crescent Surgery
It is terribly frustrating and annoying when you have to get an appointment but you can't get through for hours then when you do you are met with an unfriendly person who just insists that you call again a different day earlier! Reception staff when entering the surgery are rude, abrupt and unhelpful!

We are sorry that you were unable to gain an appointment via the telephone, you should have been advised to use our eConsult which would have been a more suitable alternative. We are sorry that you find our receptionists are rude, they can sometimes have to provide answers that are correct, but not necessarily expected by a patient. We will share this with our team and take learning from this.

Whenever I have called the surgery to request a appointment with the doctor I've always been looked after excellently, doctors have been amazing and helped me through my problems, excellent surgery, excellent staff, well done especially through the hard times we are having. Thank you.

Felt completely safe
I feel the service delivered by the surgery has improved greatly in the last year, particularly with the online service offered. I think that the pandemic restrictions have been dealt with really well and I have felt completely safe when visiting the surgery

What can I say, the staff at Kingston Crescent had a professional approach to fact that what they were doing was possibly mundane, but they kept smiling and allowed me to spread some humour amongst the staff.
For example;- I was told to wait outside the office where the injection was taking place inside, so I ask "Who was doing the injection Eric Bristow, from that distance." The staff deserve all the praise they are entitled too. WELL DONE ALL OF YOU IT WAS A FIVE STAR PERFORMANCE !!!
